SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER-CHIEF ESTIMATOR-HEALTH CARE EXPERIENCE
 
Senior Project Manager to work with our Construction Manager on health care projects on Vancouver Island. Must have a minimum of 15 years experience in construction project management and be well versed in estimating, scheduling, cost control, quality management and have the ability to manage multiple projects. Preferred candidates will be highly motivated with health care experience and a proven track record for completing large projects. This is a long term position and salary and benefits will be commensurate with experience.
 
Chief Estimator to manage our current estimating department, work on new development budgets, estimate new projects, and collate existing cost data. This is a long term position and salary and benefits will be commensurate with experience.  We use Timberline Estimating software.
 
 
Health Care Experienced project management and site supervision staff is required immediately for a large health care project in Victoria. This is a new project about 3 years in length due to start in the summer of 2008.

Property Manager at their Surrey head office. Due to growth, we require an experienced, licensed Property Manager to assume responsibility for numerous properties. The ideal candidate will be well organized, outgoing and personable, with a minimum of 2 years experience -including lease negotiation, superior knowledge of financial obligations to clients and owners, and exemplary written and oral skills.
