We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to join our team!
This position requires a candidate with 10+ years experience as a Superintendent with Structural Concrete experience. PLUS, an additional 5-10 years experience as a Superintendent.
The ideal candidate will have:
the ability to manage, supervise and evaluate subcontractors towards achieving project goals.
advanced knowledge of construction disciplines, safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, quality control, engineering drawings and other documents.
ability to assume responsibility, interface and communicate with others and be a problem solver with ability to use teamwork to achieve common goals.
