The Lark Group has developed successful industrial parks in all of the lower mainlands industrial areas. The Lark Group planned the industrial area of Cloverdale (North of 64th) with the 176th street business park. In this twenty nine acre industrial park, originally developed in 1989 and expanded in 2000. The Lark Group developed
and built fourteen large office and industrial buildings.

KUDU Industries - Alberta
