  • Lark has constructed an award winning state of the art hospital that will provide 500 beds for patients who need overnight care.
  • The hospital is an environmentally-friendly building that is designed and constructed to LEED Gold (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) standards.

  • Czorny Alzheimers Centre Czorny Alzheimers Centre A 36 bed Alzheimers facility in Surrey for Chic and Marilyn Stewart. LEED Certified.

  • British Columbia Visitors Centre British Columbia Visitors Centre Targeting LEED Gold.
  • The Peace Arch Gateway Visitors Centre is designed after a First Nations Semiahmoo winter dwelling.
  • From the air, the footprint of the building is based on one of B.C.’s Gulf Islands.
  • Features include structural and decorative indigenous forest elements featuring B.C. tree species, mountains and rivers. It is built to LEED Gold standards.
  • This centre will not only showcase what B.C. has to offer to some of the millions of visitors who come here, but the building itself becomes part of our message.

  • CareLife Maple Ridge CareLife Maple Ridge LEED Silver.
  • A 25,000 sf office and 154 bed care facility, completed as a design build fast tracked project, for Fraser Health Authority as an RFP project.

  • The Czorny Alzheimer Centre Phase 2 The Czorny Alzheimer Centre Phase 2 A one storey, wood framed, 3076 sq.m. addition to an existing 3117 sq.m. LEED certified centre. This state of the art facility is used to provide a dignified home and care for residents with Alzheimer's disease.
  • Phase 2 development is pursuing LEED certification, with the anticipation of achieving a Silver rating. This will be achieved by designing for storm water management, water use reduction and high efficiency energy performance.
  • The design will provide for a healthy and thermally comfortable environment by using low emitting materials, providing access to natural daylight and allowing controllability of the heating/cooling system.
