176th Industrial Park

 The Lark Group has developed successful industrial parks in all of the lower mainlands industrial areas. The Lark Group planned the industrial area of Cloverdale (North of 64th) with the 176th street business park. In this twenty nine acre industrial park, originally developed in 1989 and expanded in 2000.

McDonalds Renovation

Scottsdale McDonalds was demolished and re-built in 13 short weeks. The prototype restaurant design boasts an elaborate exterior design, two storey playplace c/w hand painted murals on the walls, floors and cash counter. Despite the short time-frame, the project won accolades for the workmanship and design complexity.

Addition and renovations to the existing single-storey clubhouse building. The existing renovation area is 3024 sq.ft., with an additional 3525.5 sq. ft. being added. The building construction is a combination of wood framing and reinforced concrete.
