AbCellera’s new headquarters is more than just a building; it is set to become a pioneering space that develops solutions to treat and prevent diseases. With approximately 380,000 sq. ft. of combined space, it will have state-of-the-art flexible laboratory uses, office and support areas.  

The new headquarters will not only provide the lab space needed for research and development, but it will also positively transform the biotech industry in our community. 

There’s been a lack of lab spaces worldwide, and Vancouver is no exception. Establishing this building will allow the city to grow its biotech sector and encourage other entities to join the thriving biotech hub Vancouver has the potential to be.
