Project Description:
A 170 bed care facility in Surrey BC, the Lark/Ahmon joint venture was the successful proponent on this Design/Build/Finance/Manage fast tracked project for a Fraser Health Authority RFP. Fleetwood Villa is a three-storey (with basement) building offering access to a courtyard with a water feature, gardens and a walking path. It has on-site lounges and common areas, a woodworking shop, three dining rooms, bistro, billiards room, craft room, media room, laundry facilities on each floor, exercise room, courtyard garden, putting green, private family dining room, spa baths, in-floor radiant heating throughout.
