Compass Cohousing is a 40-unit, 46,172 square-foot residential project located in the Township of Langley, British Columbia. The residential component is built over one level of parking consisting of 66 stalls. Contained within the square footage of the complex are common facilities consisting of a music room, refuse room, workshop, and an industrial style common kitchen which is the backbone of the complex. The industrial common kitchen and shared amenity spaces are what make this residential complex a cohousing project by nature, where residents will cook together, eat together, and support one another.
