The Elim Village project undertaken in 2013 expanded the number of complex care beds offered by Elim at its Surrey Campus. The 75-bed addition was built as a separate wing which intersected with the original 118 bed care home. The project required construction of the addition while respecting the ongoing operations of the 118 beds that were continuing in operation. The expanded Elim Village Harrison Care Home now serves 193 complex care residents in a modern four story care home that aligns with current design standards.
